Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Qualification: Connect with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their educational goals.
Consultative Sales: Conduct demos and 1-on-1 counseling sessions to explain course perks and recommend suitable programs.
Deal Closure & Enrollment: Drive prospects through the final decision-making process, handle pricing discussions, finalize payments, and successfully convert leads into enrolled students.
Target Achievement: Own and hit daily outreach activity targets and monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Pipeline Management: Maintain high CRM hygiene by tracking lead status, scheduling timely follow-ups, and logging all interactions.
Objection Handling: Address prospect concerns, resolve doubts, and navigate closing barriers effectively.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years of inside sales or B2C customer-facing experience (Ed-Tech experience preferred).
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.




High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is a plus. Skill(s) required
