Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Redis, and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with product teams, UI engineers, and customers to build high-performance, secure, and reliable applications that support business growth.

Backend Development
Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Java 16+ and Spring Boot.
Design and implement secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Develop data access layers using Spring Data MongoDB and Redis.
Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Frontend & Application Development
Collaborate with UI/UX engineers to integrate frontend applications with backend services.
Develop features and functionality that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
DevOps & Cloud
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.




Monitor application performance and system health using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
Quality & Collaboration
Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure timely execution.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of professional experience in Java application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 16+ and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience working with MongoDB and Redis.
- Experience with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar solutions.
Exposure to AI/ML-based applications and integrations.
Knowledge of Python or Linux scripting.
Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
Familiarity with performance tuning and system optimization techniques.
