The role involves building scalable mobile and web applications for public health and governance platforms. The ideal candidate should actively use AI coding assistants in day-to-day development and apply sound engineering judgment to validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.- Build reusable, responsive, and accessible UI components and application workflows.- Develop and maintain web interfaces using React.js.- Integrate applications with REST APIs and troubleshoot frontend, mobile, and backend issues.- Own features end-to-end, from understanding requirements and solution design to development, testing, and release.- Use AI coding tools for implementation, debugging, testing, refactoring, code reviews, and documentation.- Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and follow engineering best practices.- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.Required Skills and Experience : 1. Flutter / Mobile Development :



- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.- Experience with state management patterns, preferably BLoC.- Knowledge of pub.dev, Flutter packages, and dependency management.- Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite.- Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests for Flutter applications.- Ability to debug, maintain, and enhance existing Flutter codebases.2. React.js : - Hands-on experience developing web interfaces using React.js.- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, React Query, or custom hooks.- Understanding of reusable components and frontend design patterns.- Familiarity with NPM and dependency management.3. Backend and API Integration : - Experience building or integrating REST APIs.- Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.- Understanding of API contracts, authentication, authorization, and SQL/NoSQL databases.- Ability to troubleshoot backend issues affecting mobile and web application workflows.4.
