Sales & Customer Relationship Management

Handle incoming sales inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

Identify potential customers through online research, databases, and references.

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with Business Development Executives (BDEs) for lead conversion and customer follow-ups.

Coordinate with the purchase,



inventory, and order processing teams regarding stock availability and pricing.

Follow up with customers regarding pending payments in coordination with the Accounts Department.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.

Update customer databases and sales trackers regularly.

Graduate in any discipline; B.Com, BBA, or Engineering background preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, or Sales Coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.
- Valuable negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly sales target achievement.

Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.
