As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various business functions and translating them into effective software solutions. Throughout the day, the engineer balances creative problem-solving with technical execution to deliver robust and scalable software components that support evolving business demands.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Strong expertise in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within SAP environments.
Experience in performance tuning and debugging of SAP ABAP programs to ensure efficient system operation.
Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling to support application development on the HANA platform.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
