About BoC - Burger or Chai BoC (Burger or Chai) is one of India's fastest-growing youth food brands! We are a high-energy, rapidly expanding QSR chain redefining the quick-service restaurant experience across cities. To drive our next phase of nationwide expansion, we are looking for a driven, ambitious Franchise Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

Nationwide Expansion: Lead franchise sales, partner acquisition, and expansion strategies to scale BoC across key markets.

Revenue Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue through scalable franchise models and channel partnerships.

Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build long-term relationships with prospective franchise partners and investors.

Conduct compelling franchise presentations, financial discussions, territory planning, and close franchise agreements.

Onboarding & Operations: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, and Finance)



to ensure seamless franchisee onboarding and launch support.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements to continuously refine brand expansion strategies.

Track franchise network performance and maintain strong partner satisfaction to foster sustainable unit growth.

Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion with a track record of deal closures.

Background in F&B;/QSR, retail , or franchise-driven sectors is strongly preferred. Experience in retail/franchise ecosystems is a plus.

Core Skills: Solid negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
