The Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant is responsible for leading the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document business processes, and implement fit-for-purpose CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights applications incorporating other capabilities across the Microsoft Technology stack. The role requires a combination of business process mapping expertise, functional solution design capability, stakeholder management, and an understanding of the wider Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and extending to Microsoft Azure. Dynamics 365 CE Experience
- 10+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 CE implementations.
- Experience of working with third party vendors / suppliers.
- Experience of support and maintenance




- Experience working across at least the first three of: oSales oCustomer Service oField Service oMarketing / Customer Insights (optional) oContact Centre (nice to have) Functional Consulting
- Robust requirements gathering and workshop facilitation experience.
