Knowledge on finacle(CBS).

Unix/Linux scripting knowledge

SQL query writing
Level-1 SR closures..Data purging knowledge,DR drill responsibilties to be taken, Knowledge on upgration/ migration activities, Automation of existing manual process using the tools like Control-M and Robotics
Daily Checklist executions ( EOD and BOD Jobs), SOP documention on recent process and maintaining it
Daily Health Checks.(on Applications, Middleware and DB servers)
Knowledge server induction process
Monitoring alerts generated through tools and taking appropriate actions by coordinating with respective teams.





SSL Certificate renewal and tracking.

Backup policies maintenance & review

Inventory maintenance.
Basic knowledge in any monitoring tools (Like VuSmartmaps, DynaTrace, etc,.).

Port opening/firewall related process

CR execution for application deployments

Backend updates in the database.
Scheduling Planned activities by ensuring follow up on UAT signoff, production downtime confirmation.

Gaps Closure, Vulnerability closure.

Compliance activities like OS patching, server maintenance.Involvement in Audits
