Job Description:

- 1. Talent Acquisition

- o Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

- o Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social

- media, and networking.

- o Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

- o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

- o Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- o Assist in conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates.

- o Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- 2. Onboarding

- o Facilitate the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the

- organization.

- o Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits and orientation

- schedules.





- o Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is

- completed.

- 3. Administrative Support

- o Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

- o Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed.

- o Provide support in the preparation of job descriptions and postings.

- 4. Candidate Experience

- o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- o Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

- o Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
