As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to specific projects or products. This role requires the use of appropriate software tools to build and maintain these environments efficiently.
The engineer focuses on deploying automation pipelines that streamline the creation and configuration of environments, ensuring smooth and reliable operations. Collaboration with various teams to align infrastructure with project needs and continuous improvement of deployment processes are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to enhance environment setup and maintenance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Experience in managing cloud infrastructure and deploying automation pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex environment issues.
- Familiarity with configuration management and infrastructure as code principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
