As a Devops, you will architect and maintain scalable cloud infrastructures, focusing on Kubernetes as the core orchestration platform. Requirements

- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across on‑prem and cloud environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Lab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins, integrating with Kubernetes manifests.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration via IaC frameworks like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Monitor cluster health, resource utilization, and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and secure network policies for all workloads.




- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for both cluster and application workloads.
- Collaborate with developers to adopt Git Ops practices and container security scanning.
- Implement role‑based access controls, secrets management, and compliance automation.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through documentation and training sessions.

- 5+ years of Dev Ops experience with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native services.
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or Cloud Formation) and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Solid knowledge of container security best practices and tools like Kube-bench and Aqua.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of incident resolution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK).
- Experience with Git Ops and Helm package management.
- Ability to adapt to quick‑moving environments and continuously improve processes.
