Job Description

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing insights to support business growth and operational performance.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decision-making.
- Drive management reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investments, cost optimization, and key business initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, reporting frameworks, and finance transformation projects.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Proven FP&A; leadership experience within a B2B Global Capability Centre (GCC) supporting global operations and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering,



and driving performance insights for senior leadership teams.
- Strong people leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams of 10-15+ direct reports within a large, matrixed environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across Finance and Business functions.
- Experience within automotive, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar product-based organizations will be highly preferred.
