Job Summary:

As a Talent and Workforce Consultant within our Enterprise AI Value Strategy job family, you will bring together GenAI-enabled solutioning in alignment with people analytics, strategic data analysis and visualization to transform complex workforce and transformation data into meaningful insights, informed decisions, and actionable outcomes for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy agentic solutions, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, context engineering and workflow automation tailored to talent and workforce use cases,



translating complex challenges into production-ready AI architectures.
- Work across AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, open-source models) applying tool/function calling, MCP, structured outputs and orchestration frameworks to build scalable, enterprise-grade talent analytics applications.
- Deploy AI applications in restricted or regulated client environments, managing auth, secrets and networking across major cloud platforms.
- Own production readiness across the full lifecycle: evals and regression testing, tracing and observability, schema enforcement, retry and idempotency logic, human-in-the-loop approval gates, and cost and latency optimisation.
- Build reusable AI patterns and leverage NLP/LLMs to extract meaningful insight from unstructured workforce and HR data.
- Lead agentic workforce reinvention and disruption assessments, AI impact assessments, and talent solution design to reshape roles, processes and operating models.
- Translate technical agentic architecture into tangible business impact, presenting findings and recommendations to senior HR and talent stakeholders.
- Embed AI governance principles data privacy, model transparency, bias mitigation and human oversight into every solution design.
- Bridge AI engineering and HR/talent functions to ensure solutions are grounded in real workforce needs and deliver measurable, client-ready outcomes.
