Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and handle customer requests or purchases.
- Billing & Transactions: Process cash and card payments accurately at the billing/cash counter.
- Stock & Shelf Management: Restock shelves, arrange merchandise neatly, and manage product displays.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store environment clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Promotions & Sales: Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and recent products to promote sales.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members and report daily feedback or issues to the Store Manager

Job Requirements & Details

- Designation: Team Member / Retail Sales Executive / Store Staff
- Education: 12th Pass preferred
- Experience: 0 to 1 years of retail or general store experience
- Working Hours: Rotational shifts, including day and night shifts (typically 9 to 12 hours per shift in a 24/7 retail setup)
- Salary Range: Generally around ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 in-hand per month (depending on experience and location)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
