Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Property Management to oversee day-to-day property management operations, lead a team, manage homeowner and tenant relationships, and ensure efficient execution of property-related services.

The candidate must have proven team-handling experience and the ability to manage operational performance, resolve escalations and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and supervise a team handling property management operations.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor productivity and ensure achievement of team targets.
- Manage relationships with homeowners, tenants, brokers and channel partners.
- Oversee end-to-end rental property management, including tenant onboarding, documentation, move-in and move-out processes.
- Ensure timely rent collection, maintenance coordination and resolution of tenant requests.




- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor property inspections, maintenance activities and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, operational dashboards and team performance reports.
- Train, mentor and guide team members to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Must have prior team-handling experience.
- Should have managed a team with clearly defined responsibilities and performance targets.
- Experience in operations, client servicing, property management or real estate.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle escalations and manage multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
