When technical issues interrupt someone's work, a quick and reliable solution makes a real difference. We’re hiring an IT Support Engineer in Mumbai to help employees resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems, maintain reliable IT systems and keep everyday operations running smoothly.

This position combines hands-on troubleshooting with user support and routine system maintenance. You’ll work with employees across the organisation, investigate technical issues and help prevent recurring problems. We’re interested in candidates who approach problems logically, communicate clearly and are comfortable learning new technologies.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

- Diagnose and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, printers and other office equipment.
- Assist users with Windows, business applications, email accounts and access-related problems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic configuration issues.
- Install, configure and update software and operating systems.
- Set up devices and user accounts for new employees and manage access changes when required.
- Monitor reported issues, document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate support records.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate IT team or service provider.
- Perform routine system checks, software updates and basic maintenance tasks.
- Help maintain IT inventory, equipment records and software installation details.
- Explain technical solutions in straightforward language so users can get back to work with minimal disruption.

Technical Background

You may be a good fit if you have a foundation in IT support, computer hardware or systems administration and enjoy finding solutions to technical problems.

- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.




- Understanding of computer hardware, software installation and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including IP addresses, DNS and DHCP.
- Knowledge of user account management and access permissions.
- Ability to diagnose problems methodically rather than relying on guesswork.
- Clear communication skills and a patient approach when assisting non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools or Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
- A degree, diploma or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
