We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and inventory-linked financial records for our brass manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate understands how a manufacturing business works, including raw material purchases, job work, and domestic and export sales.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily entries for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, party ledgers, and cash books
- Handle raw material accounting (brass scrap, ingots, rods, copper, zinc) with accurate rate and weight-based entries

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and e-invoices
- Support TDS/TCS calculation and filing, and assist during audits and with the CA

Receivables & Payables

- Track outstanding payments, follow up with customers, and prepare ageing reports
- Process vendor and supplier payments, and verify bills against purchase orders and GRNs

Inventory & Costing Support

- Coordinate with stores and production to reconcile stock (raw material, WIP,



finished goods)
- Track scrap, wastage, and job work in/out records
- Help with product costing and daily metal rate updates

Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports, and stock and debtor statements for management

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (BBA or equivalent also acceptable)
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or the metal/brass/engineering industry
- Robust working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
