Job Opening: Social Studies (SST) Teacher

Location: Chakan, Pune

Job Description:
We are looking for an active, confident, and creative Admission Counsellor who can manage school admissions, connect with parents, and come up with new ideas to increase student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle admission enquiries, guide parents, conduct school tours, and follow up regularly.
- Manage and update the school's CRM system, including admission enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Plan new ideas and activities to increase school admissions.
- Organise marketing events and admission drives in nearby areas, societies, and communities.
- Find current ways to reach more parents and bring in admission enquiries.
- Build good relationships with parents and local communities.
- Maintain accurate admission records and prepare regular admission reports.
- Work towards achieving admission targets.
- Work with the school team to plan and carry out marketing activities.

Key Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM software.
- Proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to manage admission data, track enquiries, and prepare reports.
- Creative, hardworking, and willing to take initiative.
- Good planning, teamwork, and follow-up skills.
- Previous experience in school admissions, marketing, or sales is an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives:

Base salary will be decided based on the interview and candidate’s experience. Additional performance-based incentives will be offered on achieving monthly admission targets.
