Job Role

* Conduct theoretical and practical training on Civil construction for Assistant Mason.

* Provide hands-on training on equipment operation, material handling, safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE.

* Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments to evaluate trainee skills.

* Maintain trainee attendance, performance, and training records.

* Support trainees in job placement** by providing career guidance and coordinating with employers.

* Assist in candidate mobilization** and motivate eligible candidates to join the training program.

* Coordinate with the project team for mobilization, training, assessment, and placement activities.

* Ensure training and placement activities are completed as per project requirements.

Eligibility & Experience

* ITI/Diploma/BE/B Tech or relevant qualification in Civil engineering preferred.

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction line.

* Prior Trainer/Instructor experience will be an advantage.

* Good knowledge of construction safety and equipment operations.

* Positive communication, mobilization, and candidate-handling skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
