Job Summary

Vasal Education is looking for a qualified and experienced Special Educator / Psychologist to support students' academic, emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs. The candidate will be responsible for identifying learning difficulties, providing individual support, and collaborating with teachers and parents to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess students with learning difficulties, developmental delays, and behavioural or emotional challenges.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' specific needs.
- Provide individual and group counselling or intervention sessions, as appropriate to professional qualifications.
- Support students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies and classroom accommodations.
- Conduct behavioural assessments and suggest appropriate intervention strategies.
- Guide parents on students' learning, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Maintain confidential student records,



assessment reports, and progress documentation.
- Conduct awareness sessions and training for teachers and parents on inclusive education and child development.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology or relevant qualification in Special Education.
- RCI registration is preferred for candidates applying as Special Educators, where applicable.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a school or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child psychology, learning disabilities, and inclusive education.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
