Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads and support business development.
- Develop marketing plans, budgets, and campaign schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Identify new marketing opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and marketing communications.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and business partners when required.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and communication channels.
- Track key marketing performance indicators and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, campaign management, and brand development.

Experience

- 3–7 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
- Prior experience in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and team management will be an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is preferred if the role supports Manju Groups' real estate business.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
