Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers to understand fabric requirements, quality expectations, pricing, and
- timelines
- Work closely with internal departments (sourcing, production, processing, printing, dyeing) to arrange
- the correct fabric or process
- Prepare and share quotations, swatches, lab dips, and sampling details
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams until closure
- Track inquiries, orders, and delivery commitments
- Maintain strong customer relationships and proactive communication
Skills Required:
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication (email, WhatsApp, calls)
- Understanding of fabric types and textile processes (dyeing, printing, finishing)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
Experience:
- Senior Merchandiser: 5–10 years in textile merchandising
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
