Location: Chennai
Type: Full-time, on-site
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (preferred), D.Pharm with strong experience considered
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with good product knowledge welcome)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate sales invoices for retailers, hospitals and sub-stockists
- Process orders received by phone, WhatsApp and salesmen, and enter them correctly in billing software
- Pick the right product by brand, molecule, strength, pack size and form (tab/cap/syrup/injection)
- Suggest suitable substitutes when an item is out of stock
- Check batch numbers, expiry dates, MRP and PTR before billing
- Apply correct schemes, discounts and GST rates
- Handle Schedule H / H1 product billing as per drug rules
- Generate e-invoices and e-way bills where required
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams so orders move on time
- Process sales returns, expiry returns and credit notes
- Keep daily billing records and reports accurate

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of medicines: brands, generics, compositions and therapeutic use
Fast and accurate data entry
Basic understanding of GST billing
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel
Able to communicate clearly in Tamil and English
Attention to detail and ability to handle high volume
Knowledge of RAYMEDI software is a huge plus
