Job Overview

Dandpo is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Executive - Evening shift for managing customer inquiries, assisting clients with product selection, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders. The role requires a proactive individual who can act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- · Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media.
- · Provide detailed information regarding products, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- · Assist customers in selecting suitable printing products and services based on their requirements.
- · Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a skilled and timely manner.
- · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.

Sales & Lead Conversion





- · Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- · Proactively follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- · Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.
- · Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and order confirmations with customers.
- · Achieve monthly sales targets of 100k and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Order Coordination

- · Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- · Monitor order progress and keep customers updated regarding production and delivery status.
- · Ensure all order details are accurately captured before production begins.

Relationship Management

- · Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- · Maintain a database of regular clients and follow up for future requirements.
- · Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
