ESS Detailing Services is looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader (Tekla) to manage steel detailing projects and lead the detailing team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Tekla detailing team for project execution
- Allocate work and monitor daily productivity of modelers and checkers
- Review Tekla models, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings before submission
- Ensure project quality standards and deadlines are maintained
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams
- Guide and support junior team members technically
- Handle project planning, reporting, and issue resolution
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures
- Good knowledge of steel detailing and U.S. structural/architectural drawings
- Leadership and team handling experience preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of team leading experience in steel detailing
