Team leader - Inside Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, onsite

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Shift: Australian Shift 5:30 AM IST to 2:30 PM IST.

Salary: 40k to 50k Fixed + Incentive in Dollars

About the Role

We are looking for a Team lead to manage our Inside Sales, to work in the permanent staffing business to manage candidate engagement and drive revenue by adding candidates and manage team. The role involves connecting with candidates from various sources, explaining our services, on boarding them, and generating business through candidate enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with the candidates through calls, emails, and professional networks.

- Explain company services, placement process, enrollment fees and value proposition clearly to candidates.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and manage the team performance

- Collect payments/fees from candidates as per company policies and ensure timely processing.





- Track candidates’ status and follow up until successful joining.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, payments, and revenue generation.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets of the team.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

- Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.

- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office, excel, Chat GPT, Email.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
