What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

1. Content Strategy & Ideation: Plan and develop content calendars for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

2. Scriptwriting: Write compelling, hook-driven scripts for short-form videos, promotional ads, and educational property explainers.

3. On-Camera Presentation: Act as the face and voice of BrookMap through app demos, location walkthroughs, and founder-led content formats.

4. Copywriting: Craft engaging captions, blog posts, social media threads, and newsletters focused on real estate intelligence and proptech.

5. Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit high-retention short-form content (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts) and educational videos, ensuring seamless transitions, professional color grading,



and crisp audio.

6. Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement, reach, and audience retention, and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or advanced CapCut.
- Strong understanding of visual pacing, sound design, and hook-driven editing techniques tailored to short-form video platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and scriptwriting skills, with a focus on compelling hooks, storytelling, and pacing.
- Confidence in front of the camera, with the ability to present information naturally, clearly, and engagingly.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, content distribution, and audience retention strategies.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of real estate, urban development, or property marketing.
- Experience conducting interviews, hosting podcasts, or creating presenter-led content.
- Familiarity with SEO, organic content distribution, and social media growth strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
