Sonisvision Legal Associates LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible IPR Service Executive to join our legal services team in Ajmer. The candidate will assist in handling Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademark registration, trademark objections, oppositions, copyright registration, and related legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle trademark registration applications and documentation.
- Prepare and process trademark examination reports and objection responses under appropriate supervision.
- Assist with trademark opposition matters and related documentation.
- Coordinate copyright registration and other IPR-related services.
- Conduct trademark searches and basic legal research.
- Maintain client records, case files, and application status trackers.
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents and provide timely updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and compliance with internal SOPs.




- Coordinate with senior legal professionals for quality checks and case review.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM) or a law student with relevant practical knowledge.
- Basic understanding of trademark law and Intellectual Property Rights.
- Good written communication and computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and online research.
- Robust attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of IPR services.
