Possession CRM – Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager

Preferred candidates should be graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience from Facility Background.

Location – Kandivali & Malad

JD –

· The candidate will arrange and coordinate site visits for customers across all locations where possessions are scheduled.

· The candidate will closely coordinate with the Relationship Manager, customers, and the site team to ensure seamless communication and execution of site visits.

· The candidate must have a explicit understanding of snagging and de-snagging processes and ensure the unit is fully ready before scheduling the customer site visit.

· The candidate will maintain and share a daily tracker of scheduled site visits and completed possessions with the respective project/CRM team.

· The candidate should be well-versed in possession documentation, ensuring all required documents are duly signed by the customer prior to possession. They must also clearly explain the entire possession process, including do’s and don’ts, to the customer.

· The candidate will act as the single point of contact (SPOC)



for customers in case of any concerns or issues post-possession.

· The candidate will be responsible for raising maintenance demands/invoices to customers and ensuring timely follow-up and collection.

· The candidate will handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring all concerns are addressed within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and customer discomfort is minimized.

· The candidate will proactively identify and highlight any project or flat-related defects to the site team, Site Head, and management on a timely basis.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in real estate developers, residential projects, commercial projects, or property management, particularly in CRM and possession/handover operations, will be preferred.
