Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Preparation and maintenance of daily/monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Passing and verification of day-to-day banking entries in the accounting system.
- Preparation of bank interest calculations and verification of interest debited by banks.
- Coordination with banks for day-to-day banking operations and transaction-related matters.




- Processing and management of WCDL (Working Capital Demand Loan) requests.
- Handling bill discounting requests, documentation and follow-ups with banks.
- Verification of bank advices, debit/credit advices and interest statements.
- Monitoring bank balances, outstanding facilities and repayment schedules.
- Maintaining banking records and preparing reports for management.

Qualification & Experience :-

1) B Com / M Com or equivalent

2) 2-4 years of experience in accounting

3) Experience with Spectrum accounting software is an added advantage
