Job Description: MIS Executive

- Location: Andheri, Saki Naka
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Working Days - Monday to Saturday
- Job Time- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm / 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pivot Table Management

- Creating and maintaining pivot tables to summarize large datasets and generate business insights.

- Organizing data using dynamic pivot table reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.

2. Data Validation

- Implementing and managing data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all datasets.

- Building and maintaining systems for the accurate entry, validation, and extraction of data.

3. Excel Formulas (SUMIF, COUNTIF)

- Using advanced Excel formulas such as SUMIF, COUNTIF, and others to streamline data analysis and reporting.

- Creating automated reports to track KPIs, performance metrics, and other business data.

4. Power BI (Advantage if Known)

- (Preferred) Experience with Power BI to create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

- Leveraging Power BI to support in-depth business analysis and data-driven decisions.

5. Dashboard Creation





- Developing and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into business metrics.

- Collaborating with team members to design visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards using Excel or Power BI (if applicable).

- Presenting data in an organized and actionable format to help management with strategic planning.

- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring security protocols are followed.

- Skills Required:

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF).

- Strong data management skills, including data validation, cleaning, and reporting.

- Basic knowledge of Power BI or a willingness to learn is an advantage.

- Experience in dashboard creation for business reporting.

Preferred Tools: Excel, Power BI, SQL (optional but beneficial), Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
