We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Commi 2 Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure food is prepared according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare vegetables, meat, seafood, and other ingredients as required.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Store food ingredients properly and minimize food wastage.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and properly maintained.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Commi 2 Chef or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food hygiene.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
