We are looking for an experienced Plating Operator to handle and monitor plating plant operations, ensure production quality, maintain process parameters, and follow safety standards during plating activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plating plant machinery and equipment.
- Handle plating operations and daily production activities.
- Maintain plating quality and ensure adherence to process parameters.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of plating equipment.
- Handle plating chemicals safely and follow chemical handling procedures.
- Monitor plating processes and ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain workplace safety and follow EHS guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of plating processes and operations.
- Experience in operating plating plant machinery.
- Knowledge of plating chemicals and process control.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of quality standards and EHS requirements.
- Knowledge of chemical handling and workplace safety.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in plating operations.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry candidates with relevant experience can apply.
