Job Title: Site Civil Engineer (Trainee / Fresher)

Location: Kevadia (Ekta Nagar), Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualification & technical evaluation)

About the Role

Hi-Tech Construction is hiring proactive, detail-oriented Fresher Civil Engineers for our active project site in Kevadia, Gujarat. This role provides direct, hands-on exposure to civil site execution, structural monitoring, material reconciliation, and contractor coordination under the mentorship of experienced project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Supervision: Supervise daily civil construction activities (earthwork, RCC structures, shuttering, steel reinforcement, and finishing work) to verify compliance with structural drawings and quality standards.
- Site Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), labor attendance verification logs, and joint measurement records.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Coordinate with the site storekeeper for inward inspection, stock verification, and tracking daily consumption of cement, steel, and shuttering materials.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret,



and cross-check structural and architectural CAD drawings directly on the site ground.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols (PPE compliance) and quality assurance checks during concrete batching, pouring, and curing.
- Contractor & Labor Coordination: Assist the Project Manager and Site In-charge with petty contractor work allocation and bar-bending schedule (BBS) verification.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year of prior site internship or training is an advantage).
- Technical Skills: Basic ability to read civil/structural drawings; working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
