Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, silver, and diamond jewellery.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, and available offers.
- Assist customers throughout the jewellery selection and purchase process.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks attractive and organised.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Stay updated on new jewellery collections, promotions, and customer preferences.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
