Job Description

We are urgently looking for experienced and responsible Security Field Officers to supervise security operations and regularly monitor our worksites in the Cochin, Palakkad and Thrissur areas.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a disciplined approach and the ability to ensure effective security supervision and smooth day-to-day operations across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspection rounds and monitor security arrangements at assigned worksites.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure proper deployment and attendance.
- Monitor round-the-clock security operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain discipline among security staff and address site-level issues promptly.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, clients and management regarding security-related matters.
- Submit regular site inspection reports and promptly report incidents or irregularities.




- Ensure adherence to security procedures and instructions at all assigned locations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Age: 30–55 years
- EQ: Plus 2 or above
- Preferred Candidates: Ex-Servicemen or retired CPO / State Police personnel who have served in reputed ranks.
- Experience: Relevant experience in security supervision, field operations or personnel management is preferred.
- Skills: Leadership, discipline, communication, problem-solving and site supervision.
- Proficiency in using android phones and knowledge in using computer Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹23,500/- onwards per month
- Duty Hours: 12 hours per day, with responsibility for supervising round-the-clock security operations.
- Accommodation: Provided for candidates who require it.
