1. Position: Pathologist

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pathologist to support diagnostic services, ensure accurate interpretation of laboratory findings, and maintain quality standards in accordance with applicable medical and laboratory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret laboratory reports, diagnostic findings, and relevant clinical information.
- Perform or supervise pathological examinations as per the assigned scope of work.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results.
- Review and validate reports before authorization, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with laboratory technicians, technical teams, and referring doctors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laboratory quality standards, SOPs, and NABL requirements.
- Support quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Provide clinical guidance to the laboratory team regarding diagnostic findings.

Qualification

- MD/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration as applicable.
- Relevant experience in diagnostic laboratory services preferred.

2. Position: Oncologist

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Oncologist to provide specialized cancer-related clinical consultation, support diagnostic interpretation, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate appropriate patient care.

Key Responsibilities





- Evaluate patients with suspected or confirmed malignancies, as per the assigned clinical role.
- Review relevant clinical history, laboratory findings, and diagnostic reports.
- Coordinate with pathologists, laboratory teams, and referring doctors for appropriate diagnostic evaluation.
- Support clinical correlation of pathology, molecular diagnostic, and other relevant test results.
- Guide patients regarding further investigations, treatment options, and referrals within the scope of specialization.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Follow applicable medical guidelines, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Support multidisciplinary discussions and coordination for cancer-related cases, wherever required.

Qualification

- MD/DNB in General Medicine or an equivalent recognized qualification, followed by DM/DNB DrNB in Medical Oncology, as applicable; OR
- MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB DrNB in Surgical Oncology, as applicable; OR
- DM/DNB DrNB in other recognized oncology specializations, depending on the role.
- Valid medical registration as applicable.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
