About the Role

Fun Learn Day Boarding School is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and articulate Hindi Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature, fostering robust linguistic skills, and cultivating an engaging, disciplined learning environment.

Because we operate in a multilingual academic setting, the candidate must possess strong academic credentials in Hindi alongside a fluent, professional command of English for administrative reporting, parent communication, and collaborative staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured, engaging lesson plans in Hindi (grammar, literature, and creative writing) in alignment with school curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular classwork, homework, unit tests, and term examinations.
- Maintain clear, constructive communication with parents regarding academic performance, behavioral growth, and remedial support.
- Communicate fluently and coordinate smoothly with colleagues, administrative staff, and school leadership in English and Hindi.
- Maintain classroom discipline, daily attendance,



grade records, and academic progress reports.
- Participate actively in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), cultural programs, and co-curricular initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Education:
- Post Graduate (M.A. in Hindi) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is must.
- Language Proficiency:
- Native or near-native fluency in Hindi (both spoken and written, with solid mastery of grammar and literature).
- Good working knowledge and fluency in English (essential for staff meetings, school documentation, and parent interactions).
- Experience:
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred; motivated fresher postgraduates with strong subject mastery and presentation skills are also welcome to apply.
- Competencies:
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with basic digital teaching tools and record-keeping (Google Workspace, MS Word/Excel).
