Vardaan Hospital & Research Centre is a multi-speciality healthcare facility committed to providing quality patient care and medical services. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and responsible Staff Nurses to join our nursing team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide quality nursing care to patients in IPD, ICU, NICU, Emergency, Labour, OT and other assigned departments.

2. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and SpO2.

3. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments as per doctor's instructions.

4. Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts, treatment records, and medication administration records.

5. Assist doctors during clinical procedures, examinations, and emergency situations.

6. Ensure proper patient monitoring and timely reporting of any changes in the patient's condition.

7. Maintain infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and biomedical waste management.

8. Ensure proper handover and takeover of patient care during shift changes.

9. Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and discharge instructions.

10. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, patient safety, and professional behaviour in the assigned department.

11. Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols,



and NABH quality standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council.

- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and infection control.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Clinical Skills & Experience

Candidates having practical experience or good clinical knowledge in the following areas will be given preference:

- ICU patient management and critical care nursing.

- Labour Room management and assisting during normal delivery.

- NICU patient care and newborn monitoring.

- Handling and monitoring critically ill patients.

- Ventilator management and monitoring.

- Intubation assistance and airway management.

- Emergency patient management and CPR/BLS.

- Continuous monitoring of vital signs and patient condition.

Priority will be given to candidates who have hands-on experience in ICU, Labour Room, NICU, Ventilator Management, Intubation Assistance, and Critical Patient Care.
