Job Overview

We are seeking a proficient and dedicated English Language Trainer to deliver effective training in spoken English, communication skills, and interview preparation. The ideal candidate should possess strong English language skills, the ability to engage learners, and the flexibility to conduct both online and offline sessions according to the training schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop students’ verbal communication skills, confidence, and professional communication abilities.
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions based on students’ learning requirements.
- Conduct interview preparation sessions and common interview question practice.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Prepare relevant learning materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Ensure effective delivery of both online and offline training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Experience in English language training, spoken English, or interview preparation is preferred.
- Freshers with robust English proficiency and a passion for training may also apply.
- Ability to manage sessions independently and maintain a professional learning environment.

Requirements

- Personal Laptop: Must have a personal laptop for conducting online training sessions.
- Weekday Night Availability: Available to conduct online classes during weekday evenings/nights.
- Weekend Availability: Available for scheduled weekend training sessions.
- Saturday Offline Availability: Available to conduct offline interview preparation classes on Saturdays.
- Flexible Training Mode: Willing to deliver both online and offline sessions as required.

Payment: ₹800–₹1,000 per session.
