Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or a relevant discipline.

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers who have basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and are interested in developing their careers in Embedded Systems.

Candidates with a willingness to learn, good technical fundamentals, and an interest in practical electronics and embedded technology are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronics concepts.

Understanding of electronic components and circuits.

Basic knowledge of microcontrollers is an added advantage.

Selection & Screening Process





Candidates will be shortlisted based on their interview performance and basic technical knowledge.

Selected candidates will undergo an initial one-month screening and performance evaluation period.

During this period, candidates' technical knowledge, learning ability, discipline, dedication, and overall performance will be evaluated.

Based on the evaluation, the company will decide whether the candidate is suitable for continuation.

Salary Structure

Initial Screening Period: First one month will be an evaluation period. No salary will be provided during this period, subject to applicable employment laws and agreed terms.

After Successful Screening: Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation and meet the company's performance expectations will be considered for continuation.

Starting Salary: ₹10,000 per month upon successful completion of the screening process.
