Job Summary

Play an integral part in various HR transformational projects and change management initiatives. Ensuring a transparent, transparent, consistent, comprehensive and seamless delivery of end to end HR Automation tools mapped across Employee Life Cycle. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and track progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal and statutory compliance, Due Diligence &
Audit.

Key Responsibilities

Role Requirements:

- Proven experience of HR process review and redesign, ideally in a global context, Testing – provide oversight of testing phase including the production of scripts, coordination of User Acceptance Testing, defect logging and resolution management
- Change Management HR applications - producing change impact log, coordinating communication; Working with implementation partners eg IT / Technical teams to manage configuration requirements
- End to end management of the HR tools and processes from a business owner perspective
- SAP HCM ownership and automation solutioning from an HR Standpoint




- Liaison with various teams to understand the requirement for automation and process changes and suggest changes to the process and tool in line with changing business and regulatory requirements.
- Review of business requirement documents ; Planning – preparing project templates & tools, drafting project plan, defining meeting cadence and managing project kick off
- Process re-engineering & innovation via automation to increase overall efficiency, reduce TAT and enhance employee experience
- Creation of process flows and maps in Visio / PPT
- Understanding and analyzing market trends, competitor best practices
- Evaluating off the shelf vendor products in the HRMS space, fit-gap analysis and end to end product implementation
- Communication and change management
- Demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience across a range of subject areas, for example organization design, process design, recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle Applications
- Think creatively on how we maximize the Transformation design, process and communications for optimal use and benefit for our Technologists
- Work with Technology teams to execute on communications and change management strategies
