Job Summary

We are looking for a Fabric Executive with experience in the garments manufacturing industry to manage fabric-related activities, including sourcing, procurement, quality checking, supplier coordination, fabric follow-ups, and material planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate fabric sourcing, purchasing, and procurement activities based on garment production requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with fabric mills, suppliers, and vendors.
- Follow up on fabric orders, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Check fabric quality, specifications, colour, GSM, shrinkage, and other required parameters.
- Coordinate fabric testing, lab dips, fabric approvals, and quality reports.
- Monitor fabric consumption and requirements based on garment orders.
- Coordinate with merchandising, purchase, stores, and production teams to ensure timely fabric availability.
- Track fabric inward, stock availability, and material movements.
- Maintain fabric records,



purchase details, supplier information, and related documentation.
- Resolve fabric quality issues, shortages, and delivery delays in coordination with suppliers.
- Assist in fabric cost comparison and supplier negotiations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in the garments manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of fabric types, compositions, GSM, shrinkage, and fabric quality parameters.
- Understanding of fabric sourcing, procurement, and quality control processes.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in fabric-related activities within the garments industry.
- Candidates with exposure to fabric sourcing, procurement, quality, and fabric follow-up activities are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
