Key Responsibilities:
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to qualify digital sales inquiries, pitch offers, and schedule showroom visits/test drives.
- Call existing customers for periodic service reminders, insurance renewals, and extended warranty follow-ups.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Conduct post-service/post-delivery feedback calls (PSF) to track satisfaction scores.
- Log call outcomes, follow-up dates, and customer details accurately into the CRM/DMS.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Fluency in the local regional language and Hindi/English.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and CRM software).
- Polite telephone etiquette and ability to handle customer objections calmly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
