- Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
- Experience: Freshers / 6 months – 1 year
- Location: Sector 90, Noida (no relocation allowed)
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients to understand their requirements and introduce our products or services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.




- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team to drive sales.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report lead generation and sales performance.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
