Stellarix Corp supplies products and medical items to doctors. We are hiring a Doctor Relations & Business Development Manager to manage doctor relationships, sales and daily order operations.

Location: Surat, Gujarat. Full-time, in-person role.

What you will do

Connect with doctors and clinics through calls, WhatsApp and email, introduce our products and follow up on enquiries.

Share approved product information, quotations and pricing; bring in orders and develop repeat business.

Keep doctor contacts, sales follow-ups and orders updated in our CRM.

Process orders, verify payment status and prepare invoices through company systems.

Track inventory, batches and expiry dates, reconcile stock and flag replenishment needs.

Coordinate packing, courier dispatch, tracking and delivery updates with our fulfilment support.

Help prepare purchase requirements and track supplier orders. Purchases and payments require management approval.

Maintain accurate daily sales, collections, stock and dispatch records.

Who we are looking for

Skilled appearance, well-groomed, and confident when interacting with doctors and clinic teams.

Proven experience selling to doctors or clinics,



with a track record of acquiring accounts, closing orders and generating repeat business.

Ability to independently manage doctor accounts, sales follow-ups, collections, inventory and order operations.

Clear communication in Gujarati and Hindi, with basic working English.

Comfortable making sales calls, following up consistently and working towards targets.

Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and willingness to learn CRM, billing and inventory software.

Organised, dependable and comfortable taking ownership in a small, growing business.

Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹40,000 per month.

Additional performance incentives: potential to earn ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month when the applicable sales and collection targets are achieved.

Total earning potential: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month at target achievement. Incentives are variable, not guaranteed; slabs and eligibility will be explained before joining.
