Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Short-Form Video Editor / Content Producer who can create engaging, high-quality video content for social media and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, a good understanding of digital storytelling and the ability to produce attention-grabbing short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

- Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and other digital platforms.
- Transform raw video footage into engaging and visually appealing content.
- Create videos that capture audience attention within the first few seconds.
- Ensure videos are optimised for platform-specific formats and requirements.

Creative Editing

- Add creative transitions, subtitles, captions, sound effects and background music.
- Perform colour correction, audio adjustments and basic motion graphics.
- Experiment with different editing styles, visual effects and storytelling techniques.
- Maintain consistency in video quality and brand identity.

Trend Research

- Stay updated with trending reels, viral video formats, popular sounds and editing styles.
- Suggest creative video concepts based on current social media trends.
- Adapt content to suit different target audiences and platforms.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with social media managers, content creators and other creative team members.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective video content.
- Manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and digital content production.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
- Robust experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other vertical videos.
- Good understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions and visual effects.
- Knowledge of subtitles, sound design, colour correction and basic motion graphics.
- Strong creative instincts and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality content under deadlines.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and audience preferences.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must provide a portfolio or showreel demonstrating their previous video editing work.

Preferred Candidate

A creative, trend-aware video editor who enjoys experimenting with new formats, understands what makes content engaging and can consistently deliver high-quality videos.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
