Job Title: Substitute Teacher (Full-Time or Part-Time)- for Primary grades

Location: Yelahanka Bengaluru, Karnataka
Timings: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for part time

Job PurposeThe Substitute Teacher fills in for absent regular teachers to execute daily lesson plans seamlessly, ensuring a productive and structured classroom environment during morning school hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Execution: Deliver pre-planned lessons and assignments left by the regular teacher.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, secure, and positive learning environment for students.
- Attendance & Records: Record daily student attendance and compile brief notes for the returning teacher.
- Supervision: Supervise students during morning non-classroom periods, including recess and assembly.
- School Policy Compliance:



Follow all school rules, safety guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com.) is required; a B.Ed. degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching or managing students in a school setting is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in verbal and written English; knowledge of Kannada is an asset.
- Skills: High adaptability, strong communication, and excellent classroom monitoring skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
