Field Sales Executive – Commission Only

Engagement: Independent contractor (not an employee). Part-time or full-time, flexible hours.

About us
Gravitas Digital builds websites, Google Business Profiles (Google Maps listings) and WhatsApp Business setups for local businesses in and around Villupuram. We handle all technical work. You find and meet the clients.

What you’ll do

- Visit local businesses: clinics, schools, coaching centres, hotels, showrooms, builders, marriage halls
- Explain our services using our demo websites and rate card
- Register leads in our shared sheet and follow up
- Collect business details and photos from new clients
- Make sure clients pay directly to the company account (no cash handling)

What you’ll earn
Commission is paid on the 5th of every month, by bank transfer, on payments clients have made:

- Websites: 15–25% of the website price (₹1,250 – ₹6,000 per website)
- Google Business Profile setup: 30%
- WhatsApp Business setup: 25%
- Monthly plans: one month’s fee upfront + 10% every month for 12 months
- Bonus of ₹2,000–3,000 for 10 or more sales in a month





Earnings depend entirely on your sales. Example: 3 websites + 4 Google profiles + 2 monthly plans in a month ≈ ₹14,000.

Who should apply

- You speak Tamil fluently and are comfortable meeting business owners
- You have a two-wheeler and a smartphone
- Prior field sales experience is a plus (insurance, pharma/MR, real estate, FMCG, telecom)
- You already know shop owners, doctors or businesses in Villupuram
- Students and people with other jobs can apply for part-time work

What we provide

- Demo websites and a price list to show clients
- Training on our services (1–2 hours)
- Full technical delivery; you don’t need any technical skills

Significant

- No joining fee. You never pay us anything.
- This is not a salaried role and not a recruitment/MLM scheme.
- A one-week trial: arrange 3 meetings with business owners.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
