Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager – Jewellery

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in the jewellery industry to manage daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall jewellery store operations and daily activities.
- Lead, supervise, and manage sales staff to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
- Ensure smooth billing, reporting, and operational procedures.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve sales.




- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper coordination between staff and management.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
- Robust experience in jewellery sales and operations management.
- Proven experience in managing and leading staff.
- Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations efficiently.

Salary: Attractive package based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
